Processing Time Because our seeds are packed fresh to order (not sitting in a warehouse), please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. This ensures you're getting the freshest seed possible rather than stock that's been sitting on a shelf.
Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional [2–5] business days via [USPS/carrier]. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays Before Shipping If your order will take meaningfully longer than our stated processing window, we'll email you proactively with an updated timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund if the new timeline doesn't work for you.
Once Your Order Ships Once your package leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier, and delivery timing, delays, lost packages, and damage in transit are outside of our control. We're not able to offer refunds or replacements for carrier-caused delays, misdelivery, loss, or damage.
If your tracking shows a delay, a "delivered" package you never received, or damage on arrival, your fastest path to a resolution is contacting [USPS/carrier] directly with your tracking number, they're able to file claims, trace packages, and investigate delivery issues on their end in ways we simply can't from our side. Your local post office is your first step to solution.

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are the customer's responsibility, and we're unable to issue refunds or reshipments in this case.
