Seeds Are Non-Returnable Because of the nature of our product, seed packets cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, for food safety and quality-control reasons. This is standard practice across the seed industry.

Germination & Growing Results We stand behind the quality and freshness of every seed we pack. However, germination and growing success depend on many factors outside our control, soil conditions, weather, watering, sunlight, timing, and general growing practices. We cannot guarantee germination rates or growing outcomes, and we are not responsible for crop loss, garden failure, or specific yields.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within [3] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Because orders are packed fresh to order, cancellation requests must be made within [12] hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
